It's a company with lots of potentials for growth both in terms of operations and human capital development. The company needs to work on team work and work ethics for members of staff and improve on staff welfare generally. There is job security and career development is a bit discrimintal. Salary/appraisal is progressive, travels is limited and selective. Training and development are poorly organised and selective. Work environment is safe and friendly while office politics is discriminatory and sentimental. Work-life balance is fair considering the work relationship with your supervisor.
