I had worked for 2 years I have learned alots in regards all front office operations and reservation it is a best hotel to start your career there is lots of opportunity to learn new things as it is very much busy hotel in dwarka and it is a international brand.

As it was my first hotel I do not want to say anything negative about the hotel.

I don't know all Radisson hotels I know only Radisson Blu resort visakhapatnam, Iam facing to much trouble and tocher.... Management is not good...

Management was worst, No benefit for employees apart from dormitory accommodation, I would rate HR 4/10. Completely owner centric Hotel. Doesn't pays what's rightfully belongs to the staffs ie. Credit Tips, Membership Incentives, Up sale incentives etc.

Overall Experience was Not Good, Food at the cafeteria is very bad, HR Policy is not balanced its moreover for the employer.

The higher management was very noisy about their staff’s personal lives. They never appreciated good performance of any staff. There’s no growth and opportunities.
