Starting from the interview the recruiter was polite and guided very well about everything . The interview was conducted within 1 week and all the communication was done timely. The offer was discussed very well, our needs are considered. The work space is great.

Over all infrastructure is nice

Managers never cooprates with with employees, rude behaviour of manages especially in F&A departments, never approve your leaves until and unless you are begging for it and when there is crunch situation about delivery force you to stay back after office and make you complete all work... and stay back frequency is quite high like you have to stay back 2-3 days in a week

Secured job if you perform upto mark. Company culture is good, can spend longer duration if team management is good.

Management is poor, HR don't intervene even after genuine complaints and issues highlighted to them. Management is least bothered with feedback provided. Butting is required for promotions and to value your thoughts. Technical people are sidelined.

The hiring process was very smooth, transparent along with proper communication and I was in loop with each step of hiring. The team leader is very experienced, understanding and supportive. Work culture is very good with 5 day working policy along with work from home for some days. Overall it’s a good place to work.
