No promotions and also hoke is very. The most important thing is you can't take leaves as per your choices.

It is one of best company known for its work culture, no office politics, best work life balance and best part is switching jobs internally.

Dislikes

Only thing that I would like to mention here is from past 2 years, company has laid off so many employees due to cost cutting and business requirements. Job security is very low here.

If you are thinking to join here and become a part of CIS team, be prepared to turn your life into hell. The manager thinks he owns you and pays you from pocket. He will micromanage you at worst level. There is no quality in work but he feels he is handling critical production pipelines. In 5 years of my career, I haven't seen such unprofessionalism in the workplace environment.
