The Company is stable. Good work exposure and experience for the job profile. However the work culture is terrible.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture dominated by Gujratis only. Gujrati employees harass also North Indian employees coming from North Indian states. No job security for North Indian employees. No work life balance. Management attitude towards employees of legal department is horrible and derogatory at times.

No got at all. Even at 12 AM at night team leader send work related What's App messages and team leaders are ill mannered and rude to juniors working under them.
