Career transition
i hold bachelor degree in mechanical 2019. 2020-2021 worked as associate compliance engineer in TE connectivity. 2022-2024 worked as Project engineer in enventure banglore. 2025 im starting working as Senior engineer in Quest global company banglore. im having total 4.5 years of experience in total . im having less pay so looking for career shift to high pay salary roles/jobs . advice me or suggest me good high paying jobs whih are easier for me to transition . from senior engineer (im not intrested in coding)
