This is one of the worst company to be ever joined by someone. The Company is being run by two jokers (Group CEO and Group CFO) who literally work like jokers in the Company. Group CEO (apart from being joker) is also the security guard of the Company who never focus on business and is rather interested in knowing what others are doing and how others can be pulled down. The Group CFO is also the truck driver who always does accidents and tries to put the blame on others. HR department is also being run by these two jokers and they randomly throughout the people once they feel threatened about their position or they feel someone is more knowledgeable than them. Lastly the master of these jokers is the ring master who always has a hunter and treat his employees like animal in the circus....Read More

Worst company I worked in my career, the management is unprofessional. No work life balance every time tourcharing to employee and forcing them to work on weekends and extra hours. My manager was a lady and she tourchred me using abusive language and always eager to torture me and my team.They are not paying employee incentives and rewards what they have already achieved if they resigned even they forcing to employee to resign. They don't have emotions. People working here hire fresh graduates and doesn’t pay them the salary that is offered in their offer letter and try deducting huge amounts each month. Nor they provide any documentation for the deduction. My honest review it has to be reported under Anti money laundering review against it . Best for learning and skills development, sallary on the time and team management was also good. I was working with Quess for our pharmacy client which is also a good MNC so overall experience with Quess was great.
