It's a finance drivan organization with less focus on human resources development initiatives..the vision of organization is only money..hence the good talent can not run long .. old employees do not like change with immature attitude..infact they are not helping to the new employees to settle down in the organisation..

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
