Need to think harder

Most of the employees are relatives of senior staff members, which is acceptable, but what about those who cracked their interview on their own without any support? The management doesn't listen to their voices and during appraisal they neither receive hike nor appreciation. There's a lot of workplace politics with opportunities being passed on to known connections.

Full of politics....wanna do politics then u can join here...but if u wanna enhance yourself then better to leave...seniors here r just like anything... Some of them are playing good politics and will never let u enhance your knowledge...I have never seen this kind of company before ....
