Team Culture, Less People issue and limited office politics. Get to wear Puma merchandise at heavy discounts.

Dislikes

Growth on terms of career and compensation is compromised. Favouritsm and opportunities for select few. They don't have a fixed office space they keep changing office from Indiranagar to Whitefield to Mahadevpura and expect employees to adjust and come to office. Flexibility is just in books and there is always a pressure on coming to office. Some people especially who have been in system for a while they take undue advantage and treat themselves as superior and others as inferior. Very bad IT and Tech support system. They don't properly invest in IT infrastructure including laptops. Please don't go by title, company has more Managers and Senior Managers then the actual working force. However most of these titles are just in name sake....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
