They don't have a a single hr policies nor a culture , the process rules always changes without any information, I swear you will recieve a single month of a full salary.

Dislikes

You won't recieve your salary slips , you dont have leave policies, your answers wouldn't be answered by the HR, they wouldnt provide you the relieving letter nor a salary slip.

It was horrible , I have simpley loosed my 1 year carrier.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
