1) No improvement in skill and learnings 2) Continous 14 Hours work pressure and after reaching home also you will get call and they will discuss about tasks to be done for next day. 3) No caffeine and lunch area 4) will no bother about personal life. if you are not feeling well and asked for leave they will no approve. also managemant will make fun about your illness. personally i faced lot of issues with mangement. 5)exactly by evening 7pm they will give you extra work. when you try to leave by 8pm they will ask you to complete this alone and go like that they will say. There is no job security, until unless you are talented.. Though it is a company with 100 employees, work life balance is still Average(Timing 9am - 7pm sometimes it will take 8/9pm to start).
