Company and it's culture is good but management is poor.

Management take this decision on feedback only. They never have a look on individual. Promotion depends only on your relationship with Management not on your talent based.

It was good when I joined but after some year company moved the management back to their countries. When overall management came in our plant from India then culture fall. Promotion depends on relationships. before foreign management promotes
