They have no idea what have they hired you for. So you can sneak in and do what ever you want If you are a bachelor and nothing else to do with your life, best place to be in.

Work Life balance: - Complete mess. non existent. CEO thinks sitting on the office seat is working. The maximum you sit there, the more he applauds you. The ceo has no idea of what you need to do. He goes ballistic if you want to try something new or you even have any idea. Meetings are deliberately planned in morning 9 or late evening post 8 which goes up till 10-11 pm. This is just to ensure that people should be in office to the max threshold possible. If anybody misses these meetings next day he/ she is grilled on absence and at max can be asked to leave as well. Ignorance: - Any major life changes i.e marriage, parenthood, engagement or leaves is frowned upon by the ceo Leaves are cancelled citing business will be lost. HR is non worthy. Head of the HR works for cutting salaries of the employees only and appraisals in HR are based on romantic encounters with Head of hr. Every major festival warrants you to be in office else firing can be the best deem fitted solution. Numerous Policies have been made which leads to constant deduction of salaries. Female Head of company acts as a mere showpiece and has no say. Everything goes on as per the main ceo says. In case you have resigned the male ego of the founder gets hurt. and before even completing the notice period you will be asked to leave. Reason being Ceo cant digest that anybody wants to separate from the organization. Current situation of the organisation has boiled down to funding being dried. Majority of the heads and senior leadership has left, only 3 more there. CFO equivalent has been fired and even the investor relation spoc is on resign. There management system and culture of company is worse Don't have manners to talk with employees even every manager is the same, there is no work life balance as working hours is 10hrs , in Tolerable pressure. Typical sales environment.

Very headache company I had ever worked , bad target , rude behaviour of managers and team leaders , team members are like hell, always take your credit, 10 hours strict timmings , no job security, anytime they can give you PIP , talktime, weekoff is only for name , talktime and all time meetings at the end of going at home , hell

To much Politics, Colleagues try to steal your credit ,Sometimes you will feel like you are the most stupid person sitting in company , Something you will be the most brilliant, Doesn't matter how good you have delivered a task ,Managers will never appreciate you ,only the older employees.Hrs will make false statement about salary and appraisals.

The hustle, the challenges, the variety of people working in. The young and talented pool working towards a common goal Salary on time. Appraisals are okay ish. Provides 1 meal. Lot of cultural diversity so celebrations of a lot of festivals.

The targets are set on a whim. I t could be even more or could be lower too. There has to be explanations for the deadlines. Unrealistic expectations are not ok. Aggressive deadlines and hustle is OK but not at the cost of hurting the business itself. Priorities are changed overnight. Founder should go to the ground to understand challenges.
