Likes

The ethics and work culture is excellent. The teachers work as a team and aim at overall development of the students. Strict timings for incorporating discipline.

Dislikes

A better campus and more staff is needed to take more students in. Another campus was ready to be built but it did not due to covid. Hope the new campus is constructed soon.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
