My colleagues are very helpful and cooperative. very nice place to work.. Management is strict with productivity and overall performance.. Management do not interfere with daily work activities of staff. Yes, Manager was psycho with those who were inefficient, nonproductive, non punctual and DUMB. All the employees treated equally with equal opportunities to perform...inefficient ones given warnings and long rope given to perform.....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
