Dislikes

Very low in hand salaries don't fall in trap of CTC. No HR support, very low leave benifits. Very rude COE with no vision and too much micromanagement. His focus is what each employee doing. Very strict timings, no support is given if you work late nights. Sometimes you need to work very late as well, but you need to come to office on time next day.
