Never faced any such thing as con in my till now service.

Good for beginners to gain experience and for Technical leads to get exposure to new technologies and skill upgrades.Not employee friendly HR policies, work life balance is not there, overload of work for tech jobs.

People usually say many things, and not all things are true. I would say, there are no cons, as potentially I haven't faced any in my to now experience.

Projects ranging across domains have come my way as a PM. Crossing over the challenges that came along has been a significant learning. While success has increased the confidence of me and my team, failures have come with a long lasting experience. Collaborating with the top leadership here has been beneficial in more than one ways. The journey has been fascinating till now!
