I observed in my experience management level not good in the IT sector. Special age of 50+ person they just safe our jobs doesn't matter they have good knowledge and experience.

This is very bad experience in Persistent while they took candidate in bulk hiring expecting that their business leaders will crack the business deals but it is not working at all and after 2-3 months they are firing the people without any reason saying that you are bench so you have to resign now on call itself. So the company likepersistent is doing this how can someone have faith while getting call from any service or any big companies. If they didn't have project to assign someone why they are hiring I am not understanding this. Still getting email that we are hiring n number of offers in the market and the people who are in bech have to resign post resignation managers and unit HR are telling I can't do anything in this. I can only suggest you please start looking outside as well....Read More
