It's better to join some startup than this company. It's complete waste of your time in your career.You will learn nothing here except how to be slave of client. You will be sold to client thereafter no connect with you from persistent except client escalations .plus here there is partiality and favourism at its peak..Media agility (Which persistent have aquired) team have upper edge then persistent team, only people from media agility have say in decision making, your input wont be entertained if you are not from media agility team. GOOD HIKE AND PROMOTION ARE ONLY FOR BOOTLICKERS and media agility company people.Better sit at home for couple of month to search for new Job then to join here.Still if you join here then check who is from media agility team and just observe, they will have all the control and you will work there like their slave.Also here during early appraisal cycle lots of lay off happens (count in 100s) which no one talk about. HR will call you in cabin and say today is your last day. They will forcibly ask you to resign.This applies to you when you are not allign in any project there in no bench system in this organization.People from media agility won't get this treatment even if they are do not have any project, they won't be fired. Instead some one from media agility team will take him/her in their project even though they don't have sufficient budget and then some one who is not from media agility will get fired....Read More
