Upper management is so dominant and the whole team work on crisis everyday. You never know when you will be fired. They asked to work on Sundays as well without any extra pay. Leave is just a dream

There is so much of scam regarding salary issue nobody will respond for this as I'm field sales executive who will work hard in rain and in Hot sun will not get the Salary properly who are sitting in AC like ASM ,CH,TEAM LEADER,will get there salary properly.But the person who suffers the most will not get there salary..please ensure this try get our salary..

Everything, I've been fse for 6 months+, whether you work or not your salary depends only on your relation with manager whether they tell you to join meeting on Sunday night you have to otherwise your daily presenty will affect, even if you do work you will be absent

Manager pleasing Repeated work but everything is required in one day No new skill development. College level coding Managers are not skilled, managers don't work here, managers don't update leaves, tasks to team. They are hired to force fully make team work on weekends. Managers are family and friends. You cannot reach senior position, you will get fired. Managers are BCA or BA from average college giving extreme pressure to NIT, DTU, IITIANs No work life balance, you cannot tell your personal reason for leave because manager will taunt in front of team Work doesn't matter here, if you are good in licking Managers are so unskilled that they don't know how to distribute work No team outings, no appreciations, no party after product launch.
