There is nothing to like about this company. The owner Mario is a fraud

The company doesn’t give a offer letter or when you leave does not provide a experience certificate.. I was working as a service engineer for a year but at during time of resignation I was said that the company doesn’t provide a experience certificate. Too much workload no overtime paid despite coming on sundays Poor canteen facilities They paid me in cash and refused to deposit money in the account.. no pay slip provided. After resignation I had to make more than 20 trips to the company for payment. Owner Mario promised me increase in pay in a year but that did not happen.
