It's a brand, where a employee is treated worst like trashcan. There is nothing that i liked about this company at all.

Dislikes

Work culture is more toxic than my past relationship. Working straight 4 months without any weekly off, and having no leaves at all. Pressuring to work without leaves. After getting sick, can't have leave also, gets questioned if ask so. I can't complaint this anywhere else so here it is.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
