I have worked more than 2 years. I have seen so many things. Some are good and most are worst. The good thing is if you are a fresher don't have any work experience you can join here and gain some experience. And leave after 6 months or 1 year.You can take leave whenever you want. Team-mates are good if you are new or fresher they will teach you everything from how to use computer to how to work on portal....Read More

There is no growth only female employees get promotion and those who has good relation with their seniors. The department in which I was, was good by name but here the team leader was worst. She was so selfish that nothing matter to her except her own benefits. She was not even familiar with process what her team is doing which document to take which we have to reject she don't know this also but still she was our team leader. I don't have any personal hate with her but this are the things that should team leader know. Even at the time of client audit she takes leave and rest of the employee has to face the auditors. What she says will be the absolute truth if you cross question her then you are in her target.. there are so many things that can be said and can be improved. But if anyone want to work in Pamac don't go in HDFC department.. except this Pamac is a great platform for the beginner who has just stared their work journey.....Read More
