No work balance .... Alot of work and pressure.... Teachers are forced to useless work maintaining data attending ptm via zoom daily and all these irrelevant work..... Rather they should be involved in teaching Bt seriously authority must pay attention towards the betterment of children not their data

No clear communication by HR, and deputy leader person, Sudden made any rule if you will not follow then they will behave like dictator. Payment is okay for me. Within 5th of every month you will definitely get your salary.

I have seen some of my colleagues getting tortured here with respect to their work and their salary as well. You will be held responsible for the things you are not supposed to. No ethics. They want CBSE affiliation but don't follow any rules for that. No work ethics. They will cut your one day's salary and still expect you to work on that day.

This workplace has unfortunately proven to be a deeply negative experience, characterized by a toxic work culture, a complete absence of job security, and a profound lack of work satisfaction. I feel compelled to share my experience in the hopes of informing others and potentially prompting much-needed change within this organization. The work environment here is far from healthy. E.g., "Gossip and backstabbing are rampant," or "Communication is consistently poor and often aggressive," or "Management plays favorites and creates a hostile atmosphere."This creates a stressful and unpleasant atmosphere, making it difficult to focus on work and negatively impacting morale. A Constant State of Anxiety: Job security is non-existent. E.g., "Layoffs are frequent and seemingly arbitrary," or "Employees are constantly threatened with termination," or "There's no clear path for advancement or even consistent employment."This constant fear of losing my job has created immense stress and anxiety, impacting not only my professional life but also my personal well-being. It's impossible to feel invested in the company's future when my own future here feels so precarious. As per my observation, there is no strict rules to control the disturbing students, they are free to use foul language, abuse other students, as a teacher we should not be strict with them, even teachers were facing trouble from students, we should not care about them, the management also don't take any action on them.

They'll make you stay back for no reason at all. There's no work-life balance. No appraisal. It's hell for teachers here. Their policy changes every day!! They'll make you work even on national holidays without any extra pay or comp-off! Beware!!

I have several concerns that have led to my decision to resign from Orchids the international School. 1) Unilateral Changes to Job responsibilities - My role has been changed without my consent, and I've been assigned counselling work without relevant training or background. 2) Unrealistic workload and expectations- I've been tasked with completing incomplete data within an unrealistic timeframe without support, and I'm Expected to work late hours, Including Sunday's and Holiday's. 3) Disregards for employee well- being- The management has shown a lack of concern for my mental and physical health, expecting me to work despite health issues. 4) Unfair treatment and inaccurate accusations- I was marked Leave without pay(LWP) for not reading whatsapp messages where i was busy was with given tasked. 5) Company is only adding roles and responsibilities day by day not while increment hike they give 3-5% only. after giving 10hours to company. 6) lack of support and grievance redressal- My grievances have been ignored, I've received no Support or response from the management. Orchids gives a good syallabus and teaching aid, structure, curriculum plan to teachers which is beneficial.

Dislikes

No professionalism, any given time work can aride and employee is obliged to do that. Irrelevant work request, eg- Theatre teacher is asked to teach English and public speaking at times maths too.No salary raise, no bonuses, no performance evaluation based increments. And very poor approach by human relations department.

Everything, the management is having complete dictatorship going on, you dont get any personal life balance, you are forced to work on weekends, public holidays, personal leaves. You are never off the duty, very toxic culture

When i've joined everything was smooth only front desk work I need to do but later on they've mde School a CALL CENTRE.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture & very bad Management. Bad increment after giving whole 1year they only increase 1000rs of your salary.Every week they made new policy which you have to accept weather you're comfortable or not.Those people who are working their since 4 years they don't respect and give appreciate but for new employees they give good salary 3 times better salary and so many more things.
