there is no standard format and training provided and everyone is doing there things there own way. it seems one has complete knowedgle of their work. every company follows proper sop or prvide training but here that is not the case. there is lack of support as they will only say they will support but they don't. the work is done in old school manner

I rejoined company based on my last experience with Orange. It entirely depends on team which you are joining.

Orange company’s overall culture is good but people who stayed in the company for more than 5years are more likely to be involved in politics and internal favouritism. Company is doing good but some managers who are toxic in nature are irreplaceable even if you do a complaint with HR. Whoever is going to join EDH india make sure you are going to join the worst team in the entire Orange India office. Reasons: micro management, your salary is going to be discuss, politics, no vision as in they dont know which project is going to start or end. I joined EDH India but my experience with the team is pathetic. Who are core Data Engineers, prepare yourself to work in support ingestion requests. They will say we have great tools but reality is framework build by French people and a web based tool is there to support ingestion requests which the India team work on. You get all the time to do your work. You can also get trained if you can do it on your own meaning you have ample time here. Enough leaves also flexible working

Too much office politics sometimes management don't know who is doing what. You may be too hardworking but will not be promoted at work.You have to market yourself well Also there is minimal onsite opportunities

Work culture is awesome. You will never find a more stressfree environment anywhere else, atleast that's what I think. All employees are very cooperative.
