Its very helpful for employees. In this pandemic situation optum is helping there employees financially and mentally also. Also work life is flexible. Great place to work.

Working with company like Optum is great experience itself. You may not get exactly what is promised at the time of interview but the working environment is satisfying.

Dislikes

There is nothing I doesn't like about Optum so far. Being very honest here. If you want to achieve what you have decided, avoid the bad side. However, If you feel anything don't fit according to you, discuss with your reporting manager and get it fixed. Just an advice! Always look the positive things and see the growth in your career.

It always depends upon the process. I have worked with the couple of Processes and both have different work environment. So I would say I have mixed experience towards work culture. Though, it has always been a learning one.
