In optimum Africa we are working hard to ensure the company acquire high profile that will help to get more project on the future,job security is fairly good enough as the company though sometimes we faces some challenges,monthly salary is fairly Good. Also working environment it's somehow Good though there some little challenges.

In optimum there are lot to enjoy ,the way we are working it looks all we are destined to the same goal.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
