I like in oppo they very panctual in every deptt. There are several deptt. But when any new phone come they work together as a team. I learn so many new things like brandings, new sales strategy, Stock placement.

After so many years i worked in company. But company not giving any chance to growth of old and senior employee.

My main work start from market due to covid-19. I am not going to office. Come to market at 11am. According to day plan i visited shops where our team members. Also go to some shops where facing any problems regarding stock and payment. Solve the issue

It's an MNC with huge opportunities but with limited hold and decision on you.

Employees are being treated as employee only or say labour. It's very hard to find a human emotions and pride working there. Almost zero dedication towards employees and employee welfare.

Good to learn for freshers, as they mostly like freshers. If you can complete one particular job in a better way, you can get more opportunities and challenges to overcome, what is the best thing for quick learners. As well as along with work you can travel pan India.

Exactly, the pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day. Manager's do not value an individuals unique strength, as well as for completed good results. No appreciation for good things, but there will be a lot of negative statements for a small mistakes.
