Before joining Central Investigation & Security Services Ltd as it's Manager Operations and Training in Goa during November 15, I had been working in Indian Army for 28 years and retired as a Honorary Subedar Major in 2010. Being in the Army, I have enormous work experience in different positions and almost all Indian states and a coveted UN Peace Keeping tenure in DR of Congo, Africa, where I worked with Armies of 65 other countries. Here in Goa, it was a hectic time for me, where I had to travel a lot, some time in a Company given Maruti Omni, driving alone in the heavy monsoons for giving training to our Security staff, including security officer, supervisors and guards in typical remote and hilly mining locations across Goa. But though the tasks were difficult, I enjoyed it thoroughly. The other Field Officer for my assistance was often not happy traveling with me for longer routes and so in most cases I was alone. Also, I had to go for marketing and that too was yet another interesting field for me and I could do well. Actually, I enjoyed every bit of my assignment in Goa. Given a chance, would like to engage the same field in Belgaum, Karnataka
