Horrible management, Compliance is such a showcase. Indians who are in top management are making fool to South Korean management. The management is ruthless. The management do not have empathy towards employee and Employee Loyality doesn't have any value.Before joining this organisation pleople should spends money for background checking for the vacancy for which are applying. Samsung use One Rx India Pvt. Ltd. as their house servant. Behaviours of Samsung employees with One Rx employees are ruthless and insulting. One Rx emploees do not have any freedom to take final decision. Hence , this company is like any other low graded Indian manpower agency.
