Onaya Fashions Pvt. Ltd. is a model or an idol for any/newly business houses mainly in garment industry. And also a very good job location for freshers who need to learn & prepare in garment industry. For an example - Onaya Operation Management is world class and a topic of culture among compete companies. Here the Operation Management means very broad, from material baught to ready-made product sold are performed on pre-planned & well designed track/job routes. Onaya compensates to fix one specialist at each desk to serve you perfection. But, in opposite, Onaya's staff payment custom is very uneven. Onaya fixes an HOD and 2 sub-HOD in each department (Excluding HR), distributes authority balancing their responsibilities among these 3, gradually increases their salary, but the under goers are used to be years long kept in same position with same salary.
