Forcing to extend after shift timings and pressurizing to work during weekends. No hike after completing 6months. No growth here. Salary is too low. Adding employees into PIP and NI programs so that they won't get hike and removing them from office just before they gonna get hike with silly reasons. Very bad experience. So much of pressurized environment to work with.

I worked in Omega Healthcare Management Private Limited for past 10 months. As a company its good in culture and safety.

Dislikes

As a fresher there were 12 members was selected for Modernizing Medicine project in appeals team. It's a new project to trichy Omega Healthcare. Still the team leader too don't know about this team. While working 4 were were absconded Because of manager and team leader pressure. The balance 8 were put into PIP after ramp period because of low performance And got terminated. Seriously we all don't know, In a team one or two will be low performer. As a freshers If the whole team was in low performance means, where is the mistake. I didn't blame whole company, I'm talking about only the appeals team in Trichy. There was no support from HR, team leader and Manager side. The whole team was in backlog, For 10 months we all worked hard ofcourse in weekends. Now it was in current stage, so we all got terminated. No appraisal, appreciation nothing is there.
