I like a lab working in omega fish meal. And i get learn to how can handle the audit like GMP and EIA audit.

Dislikes

In this company the work pressure is sometime high but growth is slow sime time i have to work above 8 hour. And seniors pressure also effect on my work.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
