This company doing Harassment to employee every day. every now and then especially to female employee. taking disrespectly in front of Junior. when the employee is unable to perform doing mental torcher even office employee is suffering the same. i am having recording of there existing employee as well.. issuing PIP and before PIP period asking employee to resign even doing harassment that you done dual employement with your previous company as if they said i didn't sir so this people telling if you will tell yes then will help you doing mental harassment need to have legal action as this people asking to pay salary back as well doing unethical work and illegal laws in offer letter that if employee will terminate or resigned will not be liable to work in any other company its should not be there Rakesh Mohan,Deeapk Jain and Arveen kaur is doing harassment and even send mails to new employer as well after employee resigned not giving FNF to so many people on ground of legal action and dual employee even if not done.. please Band this company to work.. deducting holidays especailly 2nd oct Gandhi Jyanti...Read More

I have my first corporate experience with OM Careers and is the best one for all the freshers all well as experienced one.
