Good benefits, but recruiting is bargains with candidates. Work-life balance is very good but it depends on the team you are joining. Toxic people are being on onboarded. A female lead was hired for diversity, but she started showing that she is a lead attitude and openly saying that “I am a lead I will behave and you will see me asa lead” this is toxic. I dont like anything here. They are old britishers now in india. . Anytime they can fire you.

Dislikes

Oktas work culture is toxic and hostlie. They offer no insuranc benmefits and attempting to claim anything that can result in to termination. Beware and steer clear of this fraudlent company. Speak from my personal experience. stay safe avoid okta at all costs.
