This is what my view by the time I left Ogilvy. But it was very different stage for first 5 years. There was a family environment. I loved to work there and that was the main reason I was there for nearly 10 years.

Dislikes

Management change and culture change. Employees lost their ownership towards their work and pride.

The people who worked with me at that time. Unilever and BATB clients. Then CEO partha salahuddin.

Dislikes

The management after 2010 was shaky and was in my eyes incapable of hiring/keeping the right people. Extreme politics reigns. No creativity or innovations thus loosing clients
