I joined on 12th August 2019, and I was the only staff for them they operate 2 months from the office and after that, they ask me to do work from home because they were not having a place for the office. Only the month of Aug and Sept I got my salary on time after sept they started delaying my salary I waited for 2-2 months for my salary and trusted that they will never ditch me and on their verbal communication I believe in them. Still the month of June they cleared my salary but finally, I decided to quit so talk with them that I could not continue the work so what should I put LWD on my resignation mail they said me you just complete this month and discontinued and on 23rd Sept I drop my resignation to them mention 30th Sept 2020 will be my last working day after that I called them to acknowledge the mail but nobody reverted me. I called them multiple times but to inform them that I could not continue too long so please you can deduct my salary of 10 days and can do my full and final but no response. After taking regular follow up they revert me that I did not serve notice period so they will not pay for sept I agree that ok pay for 2 months then so they said I did not perform well and their business is on loss for 2 months so they will not pay I was surprised while reading this because they shared me they mail that I perform well and keep it up. And closed 46 positions out of 70 positions of one of their client. I was aware that their financial conditions were not good enough I was not more concerned about my salary because I know I can earn it money anytime but they hold my all relevant documents and they say they will not give me so I think so nobody is having rights to drain anyone career. And this surprised me more because all of sudden their attitude got changed towards me.
