Too much politics. HR having only one work i.e. to do hiring in finance for a particular guy who is senior most person. Not recommend to join here specially in finance. There is old friendship duo present in finance, they are working together. This duo hires you only for few months after their project completion you will get fire.

The upper management does not know how to work at all, everyone in it is fresher, they do not know how to work and the company's method of hire and fire is adopted and the upper management does not listen to the lower level employees at all, hence my request to everyone that whoever wants to join this company, please do not join this company because there is no job security at all in this company

To much micromanagement by the manager and founders. No one will help you with anything, not even your manager. You’ll have to learn each and everything on your own. Your colleagues/manager will cross you behind your back!!
