A lot of biased nature with respect to religion and region was experienced from the India management at Ocwen. Company core values were never followed and there was no respext for individuals. Hard working employees were usually exploited and made to work extended hours without any career growth opportunities. Only employees who were spoons or loitering around managers fulfilling their personal needs were provided career growth who also lacked process or business knowledge.
