Work Life Balance was very good. You should be a part of project and team it's very easy balancing to handle the work life balance. Northern trust has lot of vendors , you will get very good expose on handle vendors and contract signs etc... Benefits ; Meal pass like 2200\- INR every month. Good part was there is no variable conceptfull fixed pay and every year will get bonus based on designation. If you are below Senior consultant level 15% above Senior consultant it's 25 % .
