The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality services and has a global client base. Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but grouth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and late into the night.

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire service facilities and it very hard to manage everything.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
