I have been working here for more than 3 years, I used to love this company and the work culture. I have worked with 100% dedication and do what I was asked by my seniors. Everyone was very helpful and supportive and some of them still are, and I am very grateful that I got the opportunity to work here with such a beautiful people around me.

I used to love noon because of its work culture and the environment, however from the last one & a half years the work culture and the environment are very toxic. Although, the people are helpful but they have made the work culture worst. I never say no to any work or to anything, but the way they asked is like, that we are working under some kind of ruler and they made us do what they want. Setting the targets without discussing with the team. Putting anyone in any random shift, asking to work 2-3 hours extra and I am not against to work extra because I have been doing it for so long, but the way they asked is not the professional way. They made us do things and it feels like that if we don't do as they say, we will loose our jobs....Read More

Do not expect & position salary as per your competency, People/HR-managers sitting in Dubai themselves are incompetent to recognise the right resource & only satisfying their self motives by facitilating favourism. **Only join Noon if you can give quality work 24*7 (means even on week-off & holidays along with extended working hourseveryday) without expecting a deserving salary, promotion & ready to go under under depression. salary is very poor, imager, you passed nearly 5 round interview but the salary is same as other small company which only has one or two round easy interview No salary increase or promotion, seems like if you join the company with the fixed salary and no bonus, after a year it is same.especially the city is very expensive, eve you like the company work environment, it is hard to stay here for long time, you have to look for new opporrtunity,as salary is very low....Read More

Dislikes

No work life balance, toxic work culture, mud slinging, and dirty politics among employees and team management. Treating employees as poor labors and managers throwing employees under the bus in the name of brotherhood. Smudge and arrogant leaders across departments and the HR dept will act and respond differently (based on how much your package is). People working in UAE think themselves way superior to people working in India (having a coding background doesn't make you a good employee let alone a good human and having a good package doesn't guarantee having a personality either)....Read More

They have their lots of conditions if you are think like slave you can only work here otherwise dont waste your talent here this is such bad company i have ever seen in my life i am working here in jaipur Iksula now now process the client is very dominating in our contract clearly mention 5 days working but client wants us to do sixdays working, take break according to him you want to take or not it doesn’t even matters and weekoff and shift are also according to you, if you are female please dont join here they do not provide any facilities here you have to night shift they will say you can do wfh but it will be completely depends on clients mood and their no cab facilities there is very big scam be aware with this company don’t go on hype for international company guys...Read More
