At Nitrous Design Studio, Prioritizing employees wellbeing: We were told that the team was the company's biggest investment, yet actions rarely reflected that. unrealistic workloads, lack of support, and a work environment that didn't prioritize mental health left many of us feeling undervalued and burned out.
