Dislikes

Daily shaving otherwise they will send you home. Security disrespect any one as HR management support them. Politics is everywhere. Increments and promotion are not related to your work it's on management decision. Poor food Probation period of 6 month will be extend if you take your paid during probation period.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
