I got good management Team supportive helpful as knowledge i got it is really good helpful for my growth salary package was good on time i use to get my salary H/o is in Mumbai i use to get tickets doesn't require we need buy ticket and wait for the claim within two months i got to go for Mumbai for the training. all together last word is i gt good experience from Nilkamal Organisation

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
