Global HR policies are good otherwise Directors and india HR would have ruined these as well. Service industry level micromanagement by Directors in teams like scpt, planning, picc etc.US headquarters ignores indian setup and everyday 10PM-1AM calls, even Directors are treated like tech leads by US. 4 days mandatory work from office in an office not fit for any collaboration is pathetic. Facilities and admin team is useless
