1- For every issue only field trainer is responsible even if it from client side. 2- No job security as its a contractual job they are giving 1 year contract and on every year they will renew. 3- From past 4 years no appraisal 4- Project lead (Manager) is very arrogant and misbehaved person. so much....

They are not supportive at all.Seniors don't respect their junior employees. Big name fake words in pandemic situations they terminate employees by a single call.
