All seems to be fine here however it matters or differs person to person OR project to project.

Dislikes

Sometimes what I heard from some certain teams that their management does Micromanagement but again it's everywhere where not. Other than that this is good company to work.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
