Good work environment and culture. Teammates are so supportive and as it is an educational organization and limited system based infrastructure management is so transparent and friendly. Netcraftz is a great platform for the fresher's where they get opportunity to handle and solve the issues (troubleshoot) regarding software and hardware, more focused on administration and deploying policies

As it is an educational institute an employee don't get carrier growing exposure
